The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Scope Of Successive Delivery Of Disposable Laboratory Materials (Universal Tips For Pipettes, Without Filter, In Boxes/ Universal Tips For Pipettes, With Filter, In Boxes, Falcon Tubes) For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow, Respectively Orders.1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Three Parts. 1.1.1 In Terms Of Parts And The Subject Of The Contract, The Delivery Of Universal Tips To Pipettes, Without A Filter, In Boxes For Organizational Units Of The Uj Cm. 1.1.2 In The Scope Of Part Ii, The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Universal Tips To Pipettes, With Filter, In Boxes For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University, Uj Cm. Falcon Tubes For Organizational Units Uj Cm.1.2 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. Collegium Medicum, As Well As Implemented In The Future, In Relation To One To Three Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract, Respectively. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Disposable Materials Orientation In The Attachment (Price Form) Orientation Are Orientation Sizes Ordered And May Change (Reduced Or Increase) During The Contract Under The Contract As Part Of Interchangeably Balancing Orders. The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right To Not Use Up To 50% Of The Gross Contractual Amount, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect. 1.5 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Products Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, At Their Own Expense, As Well As To Bring Them And Unload To The Place And Rooms In Which The Uj Cm Organizational Units Are Located, And Specified In Individual Orders, Regardless Of The Value Of The Order. 1.6 When Performing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractors Must Take Into Account That Individual Deliveries Will Be Carried Out For Buildings In Which Numerous Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party Are Located. The Buildings Are Arranged Throughout The City Of Krakow (Including: St. Anna Ul. M. Kopernika, Ul. Grzegórzecka, Ul. Łazarza, Ul. Czyadeckich, Ul. Botaniczna, Ul. Bocheńska, Ul. Skawińska, Ul. Skarbowa, Ul. Prądnicka, Ul. Wielicka, Ul. Jakubowskiego, Ul. Lenartowicza, Ul. Montelupich, Ul. Medical, Ul. Warehouse, In Which The Contractor Could Deposit A Larger Number Of Ordered Articles; Orders Will Be Placed On An Ongoing Basis As Part Of The Current Demand Of A Given Organizational Unit Of The Ujcm.1.8 Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense (Regardless Of The Value Of The Individual Order), And The Delivery Will Be Implemented Successively As Part Of The Current Demand Reported In The Manner Provided For In Th
