The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Design And Costing Documentation For The Development Of The Court Park In Stefankowice. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage 1. During The Conduct Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Implementation Of Construction Works, The Designer Is Obliged To Actively Participate During The Proceedings In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Agreement Under His Contractual Remuneration.
