The Subject Of The Contract Is Developing A Draft General Spatial Development Plan Of The Hrubieszów Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), For The Area Of ​​The Hrubieszów Commune With An Area Of ​​259 Km2 (25,921 Ha) And Take Part In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan, In Accordance With Resolution No. V/31/2024 Of The Hrubieszów Commune Council Of 27 August 2024 In General Plan Of The Hrubieszów.Pl The General Commune Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With: A) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Executive Acts, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 8 December 2023 On The Draft General Plan, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), B) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Dz. U Of 2024, Item 1112), C) Requirements Contained In The Acts And Separate Provisions Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And: Spatial Planning And Development, Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization, Etc. And Personal Data Protection. The Contractor Undertakes To Grant The Employer A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months.
