1. The Subject Of The Contract. Maintenance Of The Surface Drainage System In The City Of Zduńska Wola In 2025.2. Maintaining The Patency Of The Surface Dehydration Of The City Of Zduńska Wola Includes Maintaining The Patency Of The Surface Drainage System Of The City Of Zduńska Wola, By Undertaking Actions Related To The Ongoing Maintenance And Cleaning Of Selected Sections (Commissioned By The Employer) Drainage Ditches (Approx. 21,000 M Meadows, Etc., Owned By The City Of Zduńska Wola (Approx. 5,000 M The Ongoing Maintenance And Cleaning Of Ditches Is Understood: A) Maintaining The Patency Of The Ditch; B) Maintaining Patency Of The Culvert; C) Repairs And Works Aimed At Improving Safety In The Area Of Impact Of The Water Device. Further Stretch Of Section 7.4.) Type And Scope Of The Contract Changes And The Conditions For Their Introduction) The Contractor, Whose Remuneration Was Changed According To This Para Above, He Is Obliged To Change The Remuneration Of The Subcontractor With Whom He Concluded A Contract, To The Extent Corresponding To Changes In Costs Regarding The Subcontractors Obligation, If The Conditions Set Out In Art. 439 Para. 5 Of The Pzp.2 Act. In Order To Change The Provisions Of The Contract Requested By The Party, It Is Obliged To Submit A Written Application With A Proposal To Change The Terms Of The Contract Along With Their Justification. The Application Should Be Transferred Immediately, But Not Later Than Within 14 Days From The Day On Which The Party Found Out Or Should Find Out About A Given Event Or Circumstances That Are The Basis For Changing The Contract. 3. Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application Referred To In Para. 2, The Party Is Obliged To Respond In Writing To The Submitted Request For Amending The Contract, And To Transfer It To The Other Party Along With Justification, Both In The Event Of Refusal And Acceptance Of The Change Request. 4. All Amendments To The Contract Are Made By The Authorized Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor In Writing By Way Of An Annex Of The Agreement Bearing The Date And Subsequent Numbers, Under Pain Of Nullity. 5 If In Doubt, It Is Assumed That The Following Changes Are Not Amended: 1) Data Related To The Administrative And Organizational Services Of The Contract, 2) Contact Details, 3) Registration Data, 4) Resulting From Universal Succession On One Of The Parties To The Contract. 6. During This Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Employer In Writing About: 1) A Change In The Seat Or Company Name; 2) Amendment Of Persons Representing; 3) Declaration Of Bankruptcy; 4) Announcing Liquidation; 5) Suspension Of Activities; 6) Initiating Proceedings Under The Act Of Restructuring Law In Which The Contractor Participates.
