4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment, Including Furniture And Multimedia Equipment For The Needs Of The Retrofitting Of A Language Laboratory (16 Positions) At The Primary School In Piszczac And At The Primary School In Połoskach. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: A) Factory New Delivery, I.E. Not Used Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Of The Necessary Work Necessary To Conduct The Test Of The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment And Equipment In The Scope Specified In The Annex No. 1 To Swz Together With Their Transport And Complete Assembly In The Place Indicated By Their Transport And Complete Assembly In The Place Ordering Party, B) Providing Together With The Order Required To Use The Instructions In Polish (If Concerned), C) Providing Technical Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Contract, D) Providing Together With The Order Of Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All Necessary For The Proper Operation Of Cables, Cables, Connectors, Etc. (If Required For Proper Operation Of The Product); A Regulation Determining The Minimum Computer Equipment Parameters, I.E. With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Education Of September 25, 2024 Amending The Regulation On The Basic Conditions Necessary For The Implementation By Schools And Teachers Of Didactic, Educational And Care Tasks As Well As Curricula. (Journal Of Laws Of The Republic Of Poland Of 2024, Item 1442) The Scope Of The Contract Includes Devices Subject To A Vat Rate Of 0% - In Accordance With Art. 83 Para. 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services. The Employer Declares That The Equipment Subject To Taxation At A Vat Rate Of 0% And Delivered As Part Of The Order Will Be Used For Didactic Purposes. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Material And Quantity Description, Technical Parameters And Utility Requirements, Was Described In Annex 1 (A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract).
