Tenders are invited for introduce community-led watershed/Integrated Natural Resource Management as a key strategy for DRR in Kapoeta East and Budi counties of Eastern Equatoria South Sudan Community Based and Agreed Land Use Plans Based on Community-Based Integrated Watershed Management, Encompassing Relevant DRR Measures. Terms of Reference (TOR) to introduce community-led watershed/Integrated Natural Resource Management as a key strategy for DRR in Kapoeta East and Budi counties of Eastern Equatoria South Sudan for the EU funded SPREAD Project, the Resilience component implemented by DCA, ROG and ICPDO. Technical and Financial Offer The Consultant shall be required to submit the following: 1. Technical and Financial offer 2. The technical proposal should among others detail the following: a. Consultants understanding of the assignment with specific attention to the objectives of the assignment and how the objectives will be measured. b. Methodology: A clear description of the overall design and techniques used in watershed management, participatory method for community engagements, ToT training topics. C. Proposed team with CVs of the Individual Consultant or Consulting team that will be involved in the assignment. d. At least 2 sample reports of similar assignments in water shed design and management with pictorials in the last 24 months for assessing the quality of work of the Consultant. 3. The financial proposal shall include the following: a. Proposed budget b. Professional consultancy fees and logistics costs (clearly state the level of effort for each member of the proposed team C.
