Design and build of floating solar PV power plant and other items in Tuvalu. Contract 1: Design and build floating solar PV power plant, BESS, grid infrastructure upgrade and other items in Kiribati Turnkey contract funded under the STREP (Phase 2) Project for detailed design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a floating PV power plant (FPV) with battery energy storage system (BESS), grid infrastructure, and other items based on the requirements of the Employer. The works, plant, and services to be undertaken under this contract include the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of: 1. 4 MW FPV at Betio, 2. 3 MVA / 3 MWh BESS in Bonriki and, 3. 33 kV transmission network from Betio to Bonriki and related grid integration and control systems. Procurement of other items include: 1. Electric vehicles (4 e-cars) and Electric e-boat (one), 2. Charging stations (two) for the electric vehicles and e-boat and, 3. Coastal protection and electric reef regeneration. Contract 2: Design and build of floating solar PV power plant and other items in Tuvalu Turnkey contract funded under the IAREP-AF for the detailed design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a floating solar PV power plant (FPV) and implementation of productive uses of electricity based on the requirements of the Employer. The works, plant, and services to be undertaken under this contract include the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 1 MW of FPV at Fongafale. Procurement of other items includes: 1. LV upgrades in Funafuti 2. Electric e-boats (two) 3. Electric golf carts (two), 4. Charging stations (two) for the electric vehicles and e-boats and, 5. Coastal protection and electric reef regeneration. Contract 3: O&M Services for facilities provided under Contract 1 O&M services contract funded under STREP Phase 2 project for the floating solar PV plant, BESS facilities, 33 kV grid infrastructure provided under Contract 1, for a period of twelve months following their commissioning. Contract 4: O&M Services for facilities provided under Contract 2 O&M services contract funded under IAREP-AF project for the floating solar PV provided under Contract 2, for a period of twelve months following their commissioning.
