Battery Packs - Delivery And Assembly Of Energy Warehouses For Residents Of The Commune Of Przeszno. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Delivery And Assembly Of Energy Storage For Residents Of The Poczesna Commune, Consisting In The Design, Delivery And Implementation (Installation) Of A Total Amount Of 92 Pcs. Energy Warehous Installations With A Retrofit /Hybrid Inverter For Residential Buildings In The Poczesna Commune (Users, Beneficiaries). The Detailed Scope Of Design And Executive Guidelines And The Scope Of Technical Requirements Is Specified In Annex 11 To Swz Pn. Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Pfu), Which Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For This Procedure. The Employer Requires An Inspection Of The Planned Implementation Of Individual Installations Before The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Checks/Expertise And Perform Appropriate Detailing Of The Reference Documentation For Individual Installations, Based On Own Findings. Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Appropriately Detailed Documentation, The Contractor Will Obtain The Necessary Permits, Make The Required Arrangements, Obtain The Required Administrative Or Technical Consent. Then, Using Own Materials, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Installation, Which Means That It Will Provide To The Place Of Implementation Of The Designed Installation All Necessary Installation Components, Assemble Them And Connect Them To Existing Building Installations Of The Building, Perform The Required Checks Or Acceptance, Connection And Start Of Installations Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Notify The Connection Of The Installations Made Together With The Transfer Of The Required Documents/Attachments To The Local Distribution Network Operator (Osd). As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Conduct Training Installation Users And Indicated Employees Of The Employer In Terms Of Their Operation And Will Provide Warranty Service During The Warranty Period. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor Granting The Installations To At Least A 60-Month Warranty Covering The Supplied Materials And Equipment And Assembly.
