1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Basements In The Scope Of Replacing The Electrical Installation In The Building Of The Staszic Palace In Warsaw, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Made Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works. The Renovation Of The Basement Consists In Particular: 1) Execution Of Electrical Works Related To The Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, The Range Of Which Includes: A) Replacement Of The Power Line Between The Main Switchgear Of The Building And The Tg 6 Table (Fan); B) Replacement Of The Tg 6 Main Plate (Fan); C) Replacement Of Division Plates In The Basement Corridors; D) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation (Wiring); E) Replacement Of Lighting Fittings; F) Replacement Of Cameras And Electrical Equipment; G) Replacement Of Installation Troughs And Cable Ladders With Their Grounding; H) Dismantling Of The Exploited Electrical Installation As Well As Piping And Shields; I) Execution Of Imprisonment Of Construction Works And Security Of Ppos Of Ppos; J) Measuring Resistance Measurements; Insulation; K) Performing Measurements Of Anti -Tire Protection; L) Measurements Of Basic And Evacuation Lighting. Chip-Cement Plates, Primed On The Mesh; C) Painting Internal Plasters With Lime Paint; D) Manual Elevation And Removal Of Debris And Waste Containers. 2. The Detailed Scope, Description And Manner Of Execution Of Construction Works Are Determined By: Annexes No. 8 To 12 Swz.3. The Building Of The Staszic Palace, Located At Nowy Świat 72 In Warsaw, Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 370, By Decision Of July 1, 1965, (Hereinafter: The Palace). 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility On The Basis Of A Detailed Schedule Of Construction Works Contained In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract In Annex 7 To Swz. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Functioning Building, The Contractor Will Carry Out Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, On Conditions, As Below: 1) On Business And Free Days, I.E. From Monday To Sunday; 2) Loud/Bothersome Construction Works Can Be Carried Out From 17:00, But No Longer Than To 22:00; 3) Construction Works Make At Night, However, Not Earlier Than From 22:00 And Must End At The Latest By 06:00 - Each Time The Wiring Current Switches/Overflow Can Be Carried Out Only After Prior Informing The Palace Administration, For At Least 2 Business Days Before The Planned Exclusions/Surges Referred To Above; 4) Any Need To Enter Individual Rooms Inside The Palace Building Must Be Agreed With The Employer, For At Least 2 Business Days Before The Planned Entrance; 5) About The Supply Of Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract, The Contractor Will Inform The Contracting Authority, For At Least 2 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery. 6) If There Is A Reasonable Necessity, The Contracting Authority Allows Other Hours
