1 The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz - No. 6. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In Price Forms For Individual Parts. According To The Given Range, Complete The Price Form In Accordance With The Attached Print. 4. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices) In The Assortment And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Range Of Services, Which Is Necessary To Obtain The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With The Act Of 27 April 2021 Environmental Protection Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended), With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended); With The Act Of April 23, 1964, The Civil Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended) And The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320).
