The Basic Order (Guaranteed) Includes: Performing Investor Supervision In Accordance With Art. 25 And 26 Of The Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 725, I.E.) In The Scope Of The Works Performed. It Is To Consist In Particular In The Statement In The Course Of Construction Works Compliance Of The Investment With Approved Construction And Executive Projects, Issued Decisions, Arrangements, Applicable Legal Order, In Particular The Construction Law, Water Law, Environmental Law, Environmental Protection, The Act On Fire Protection, Applicable Standards, And The Principles Of Construction Art And Technical Knowledge. A Detailed Description Of The Basic Order Is Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.2.3 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Reserves The Right To Annul The Proceedings In Question, If The Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract In Question, Will Not Be Granted To Him. In Case Of Annulment Based On The Above Stops, Contractors Are Not Entitled To Reimbursement Of Participation In The Proceedings.
