The Purpose Of Proper Preparation Of The Offer Is Recommended For The Contractor To Make A Local Vision In The Field At His Own Expense, Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Carried Out And Obtaining (For Its Liability And Risk) Any Information That May Be Relevant To The Preparation Of The Offer.
