1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Replacement Of Emergency Lighting Systems Installed In The Buildings Of The Supreme Administrative Court At Ul. Gabriela Piotr Boduen 3/5, Ul. Jasna 2/4 And Ul. Jasna 6 In Warsaw (Hereinafter Systems), Including In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Luminaires, Manifolds And Monitoring Headquarters; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of New Frames, New Manifolds And Monitoring Units With The Software; 3) Execution Of Measurements; 4) Execution For Each Building Separately Of The As -Built Documentation Of The System (In 3 Copies In The Paper Version And In The Paper Version And In The Paper Version. Editable .Dwg, .Docx, .Xlsx) In Accordance With The Construction Law By A Person With The Right Required Professional Qualifications. The Contractor Will Transfer To The As -Built Authorities Of Property Rights; 5) Agreeing On The Documentation Of As -Built Systems By An Appraiser For Fire Protection In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements; 6) Implementation Of The Warranty Service Of The Subject Of The Contract;- In Accordance With The Detailed Description And The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.2.
