The Aim Of The Selection Procedure Is To Choose A Strategic Partner For Long -Term Cooperation, Which Will Provide A Comprehensive And Well Operating Stl Regulatory Station And Gas Ducts, Which Will Be Concluded By A Concession Contract, Ie The Contract For The Distribution System Within The Meaning Of Act No. 458/2000 Coll. (Energy Act), As Amended, (Hereinafter Also Ez Or Energy Act), The Subject Of Which Will Be Leased By The Local Distribution System Of Natural Gas (Hereinafter Referred To As Lds) Owned By The Contracting Authority And The Obligation Of The Concessionaire To Ensure Proper Operation Of These Assets Within The Meaning Of The Relevant Provisions.
