The City Of Hämeenlinna Is Looking For An Entrepreneur In The Sotkanranta Harbor Area. This Is An Inner Harbor Area In Hämeenlinna, From Where The Water Always Extends To Pirkanmaa And Päijät-Häme. The Harbor Is Located On The Shore Of Vanajavesi Next To Kantola Event Park In The Former Sawmill Area. The Kantola Area Is An Industrial Area That Has Also Created Many Different Services Over The Years. At The Northern End Of Kantola Event Park There Is Also A Hämeenlinna Transfer Garden. There Are A Few Larger Events In The Kantola Event Park, As Well As A Variety Of Hobbies, Etc. The Area Is A Fenced Area With Just Under 100 Berths And Boats For Boats. There Are Parking Spaces For Boaters, Waste Management, Septic Drainage, Drinking Water And Electrical Interface For Seasonal Spaces. There Is Also A Restaurant Space In The Harbor Area With A Covered Terrace. There Are Also Toilets And Showers At The Restaurant. The City Is Looking For An Active And Development -Friendly Entrepreneur To Operate The Port Operation And To Develop The Area And Its Services For Citizens And Other Potential Stakeholders. This Is A Service Rights Agreement Under The Procurement Act 1397/2016. The City Of Hämeenlinna Organizes A Tender In Accordance With The Procurement Law For Access To The Area. With This Request For Information, The City Of Hämeenlinna Will Identify Entrepreneurs Interested In Port Operations In Port Activities, Who Can Register For Market Dialogue In This Request. Market Dialogue Will Be Held On 7.4. 13: 30-16: 30 And/Or 8.4. Between 2Pm And 6Pm. Participants Will Be Provided With Preliminary Tenders At Least One Week Before The Market Dialogue. The Agreement Will Be Signed In August 2025 And The Agreement In The Area Will Begin On May 2, 2026. The Jury Consists Of City Officials And Trustees. The Assessment Assesses Tenders For The Following Areas: 1. Business Plan And Financial Calculations And Knowledge Of The Boating Industry (Preliminary Weight 25 %) 2. Portal Service Development Plan And Related Investment Plan (Preliminary Weight 55 %) 3. Plan For Entrepreneurial Cooperation And Marketing (Preliminary Weight 15 %) 4. Offer Presentation Video (Preliminary Weight 5 %)
