Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Doctors Residence

Tenders are invited for Construction of Doctors residence (1250 sft) (15 storied building with 15 storied foundation), Doctors Dormitory building (Studio Apartment type) (9 storied building with 9 storied foundation) with Civil, Sanitary & Internal electrification under "Construction of necessary infrastructure & expansion of ancillary facilities of Mugda Medical College" project. Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works. 2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of 8 storied building Construction works including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works of BDT 30.00 (Thirty) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The Tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years BDT 45.00 (Forty five) Crore Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the tenderer shall be BDT 10.00 (Ten) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 35.00 (Thirty Five) Crore. Tenderer has to submit Payment Certificate and Notification of Award of On-going works in order to calculate Tender Capacity. 6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and TAX clearance certificate. 7. Up-to date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
