The Subject Of The Contract Is The Inspector To Ensure Investor Supervision Supervision Over Construction Works In The Specialties: Construction And Construction, Installation In The Field Of Installations And Electrical And Power Equipment As Well As Installation Devices In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water Supply And Sewage Equipment For The Duration Of The Task Consisting In The Construction District Of 2 M. Bełchatów, Cng Refueling Station With A Transport Base, Social And Administrative Facilities As Well As With Internal And External Installations In Bełchatów At Ul. Kwiatkowski (Łódź Special Economic Zone) - At The Stage Of Implementation, Collection And Settlement Of The Investment Indicated In This Item. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1 Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Contract- List 3 To Swz And: 1) Offer Of The Supervision Inspector, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To The Contract. Technical Projects (Construction, Road, Conventions, Sanitary And Gas Installations, Electric),- Cost Estimates And Works Of Works,- Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3. Investors Supervision Is Responsible For Coordinating The Implementation Of The Investment Referred To In Point 1, Including Checking The Correctness Of Its Implementation In Accordance With: 1) Construction Art And The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 725) And Enforcement Provisions; 2) Provisions And Industry Standards, 3) Rules Of The Best Technical Knowledge, 4) Execution Of Construction Works, Including Design Documentation For Construction On Journal Of Laws Of Vistula No. 25/19, 229/7, 2 Months Of Bełchatów, Cng Refueling Station With Transport Base, Social And Administrative Facilities And With Internal And External Installations In Bełchatów At Ul. Kwiatkowski (Łódź Special Economic Zone) - Annex 2 To Swz And Contracts; 5) Of The Contracting Authority. 4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Investor Supervision Is Obliged As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration To: 1) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed, Built -In And Applied By The Contractor Of Construction Works, And In Particular The Prevention Of The Use Of Defective Products And Not Allowed To Trade And Use In Construction, In Accordance With Technical Approval And Declaration Of Compliance, 2) Exercising Control Of The Compliance Of Investments With: A) Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Construction Works, B) The Documentation Referred To In Point 3 Item 4), C) Industry Regulations And Standards, D) The Principles Of The Best Available Technical Knowledge, 3) Approval Or Making Corrections Within 2 Business Days (On Business Days It Is Understood: All Days Except Sundays And Holidays, Which In Accordance With Article 151 (9) § 1 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure Are Free Days Work) To The Project Of Work Orga
