2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Preparing A Draft General Plan In The Supraśl Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Plan. 3. The Draft Plan Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 1) By Resolution No. Iv/033/2024 Of The City Council In Supraśl Of 15 July 2024 Regarding The Commencement Of The General Plan Of The Supraśl Commune, 2) Legal Provisions Applying For The Subject Of The Contract, And In Particular: A) By The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act P.Iz.P., B) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended), C) Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), D) By Laws And Separate Provisions Regarding Planning And Spatial Development. 3) By Order Of The Ordering Party, The Principles Of Knowledge And While Maintaining Due Diligence. 4. The Material Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) The Study Area Covers The Entire Supraśl Commune, Excluding Areas Closed Other Than Established By The Minister Competent For Transport. The Area Of ​​The Area Is About 12,056.7 Ha.2) In The Course Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In The Meetings Of The City Council Committee, City Council Sessions, Meetings With The Mayor Of Supraśl And Other Meetings, Whose Necessity Will Occur During The Planning Procedure. 5. On The Electronic Medium (Cd/Dvd Or Replacement Disk For A Usb Connector); 2) Justification Consisting Of The Text And Graphic Part In Paper Form And On An Electronic Media (Cd/Dvd Board Or Replacement Disk For A Usb Connector); 3) Environmental Impact Forecast In Paper Form And On An Electronic Carrier (Cd/Dvd Usb); 4) Documentation Of Planning Works Referred To In § 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended). 6. The Obligations Of The Contractor Of The Work Include The Performance Of All Activities Necessary To Prepare Local Spatial Development Plans, Including: 1) Analyzing The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Preliminary Arrangements With The Employer, 2) Performing Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing State Of Development Of The Supraśl Commune,
