1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Reagents For Immunoenzymatic Tests Along With The Lease Of The Camera With A Replacement Apparatus. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Annex 1 To Swz-Assortment And Price Form. 2) Annex 1A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 3. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Provisions Of The Contractual Terms, Which Is Annex 5 To Swz - A Contract Template. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Hospital Laboratory Diagnostics Department (Building D). 5. Delivery Date: A) Reagents - A Maximum Of 5 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By E -Mail, According To Current Needs, The Size Of Which Will Always Be Determined By The Hospitals Laboratory Diagnostics Department; B) Analyzer -14 Business Days From The Date Of The Contract. 6. Reagent Expiry Date: Minimum 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Employer. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract Within 24 Months.
