Mineral Water After Opening The Pet Bottle Must Be Odorless. On The Day Of Delivery, Water Must Have A Minimum Shelf Life, 12 Months, Placed On Each Packaging Label From The Day Of Delivery. The Assortment Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Marked: Product Name, Capacity, Mineral Content, Manufacturers Name, Shelf Life. The Ordered Mineral Water Should Be Supplied In Certified Packaging - Pet Bottles, Disposable, Meeting Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements, Factory Closed, Without Pollution And Foreign Fragrances And Flavors, Without Physical Damage To Disqualifying Products (I.E., E.G. Damaged Packaging And Closing). 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of Delivery (Applies To Other Foodstuffs) Be Factory -New, In The Original Packaging, Containing The Logo And The Manufacturers Name On The Label Customary Used By The Manufacturer In Trade In Trade, Good Quality And Approved For Trading. Food Supplies Must Be Fresh, With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery, They Should Be In Aesthetic Packaging, Factory Closed, Without Pollution And Foreign Fragrances And Flavors, Without Physical Damage To Disqualifying Products (I.E. Damaged Packaging And Closing). 6. In The Case Of The Products Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Ordering Party, For Which The Contractor Is To Provide The Offered Product [(Product Name And Name Of The Manufacturer) Or (Product Name And Name (Or Company) Of The Entity On Behalf Of Which The Product Is Sold)], The Contractor Offers Only One Product Under A Particular Assortment (In Column 4).
