1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Delivery Of Products For The Hospital Pharmacy Department To The Municipal Hospital In Rabka - Zdrój Sp. Z O.O., Whose Detailed Description, As Well As The Quantitative And Assortment Range Is Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 17 Parts. Offers Can Be Submitted In Relation To All Parts Of The Order. This Task Includes Package No. 1: Pharmaceutical Products. 3. The Quantities Given In Annex 1 To Swz Should Be Treated As Estimated Needs During The Order, To Determine The Price Of The Offer, I.E. Determining The Apparent Remuneration Of The Contractor. The Employer Reserves The Right To Give Up The Purchase Of Part Of The Assortment, On The Terms Set Out In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. The Purchase Of Each Assortment Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Employer (Current Patient Condition And Medical Justification). The Demand For Individual Assortment Positions Is Strictly Dependent On The Occupancy Of Individual Hospital Wards And The Type Of Its Patients. 4. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Assortment Ordered Between Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Given Package. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract With Attachments.
