Work Detail
3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up A Draft General Spatial Development Plan For The Gidle Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130 Late) Together With Spatial Data And Environmental Impact Forecasts (In Accordance With Resolution No. Iv/25/24 Preparing And Adopting A General Plan. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Also Undertakes To Perform An Ecophysiographic Study. The Area Covered By The Study Covers The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Gidle Commune. The Area Of ​​The Study Covers An Area Of ​​About 11,600 Ha. Order Scope: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Law Specified In Chapter 3 Points. 3.2. Swz.2 Content. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Draw Up: 1) The General Plan Of The Gidle Commune - The Text And Graphic Part With Spatial Data And Justification; 2) Eco -Ophysiographic Development; 3) Environmental Impact Forecast. 3. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Analyzes Of Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Existing Conditions In The Commune (Including Environmental, Geological, Cultural Heritage, Etc.), Analysis Of The State Of Development And Development, Analysis Of External And Spatial Conditions Of The Commune, And For Urban Inventory And Assessment Of Existing Development State; 2) Performance Of An Eco -Ophysiographic Study; 3) Drawing Up A General Plan Of The General Plan Together With The Development Of Spatial Data For This Plan (Graphic And Text Part Of The Plan); 4) Preparing Justification For The Draft General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 5) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment And Develop An Environmental Impact Forecast Of The General Plan, Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Law, In Particular The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Society Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, 6) Development And Preparation (In Consultation With The Ordering Party) Formal And Legal, Draft Letters, Notifications, Announcements, Announcements And Other Documents Related To The Planning Procedure Required By The Act Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Together With Draft Planning Documents In The Electronic Version In The Amount Necessary To Carry Out The Planning Procedure), Including Documents And Letters Necessary In Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 7) Performing The Analysis Of Submitted Applications By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Bodies And Institutions, Including The Preparation Of A List Of Applications, Preparing Proposals For Their Consideration Along With Justification, As Well As A Po
