3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up A Draft General Spatial Development Plan For The Gidle Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130 Late) Together With Spatial Data And Environmental Impact Forecasts (In Accordance With Resolution No. Iv/25/24 Preparing And Adopting A General Plan. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Also Undertakes To Perform An Ecophysiographic Study. The Area Covered By The Study Covers The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Gidle Commune. The Area Of ​​The Study Covers An Area Of ​​About 11,600 Ha. Order Scope: 1.
