The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is “Delivery Of Active Electricity And The Choice Of Coordinator Of A Balancing Group At The Level Of Low Voltage For The Needs Of Mbal Saint Petka Bulgarska Ltd., Nova Zagora That Aims To Ensure The Delivery Of Net Electricity Low Voltage (Nh) By Freely Agreed Prices Under The Energy Act (Ea), Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pike). In The Scope Of The Order Is Also Includes Performing The Features Of A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, With Full Administration Of Information Flow With Electricity System Operator Ead (Eso Ead) And Assumption Of The Cost Of Unbalances. The Selected Contractor Will Conclude A Contract For Combined Services, In Accordance With Art. 11, Item 10 Of Ptee In Connection With Art. 20 Of Peee - Purchase Of Electricity And Pay For All Used By The Contracting Authority As The End Customer Services: “Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network”, “Transmission Of Electricity Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network ”(Network Services) And “Balancing Responsibility” As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Statutory Fees Obligations To Society, Power Provided, And Excise Duty. Estimated Consumption In The Mw Of The Contracting Authority For The Contract Period / 12 Months / Is Approximately 300Mwh. The Lack Of Or Exceeding The Said Consumption Does Not Lead To The Termination Of The Contract.
