If Necessary, The Contracting Authority May Also Include New Sites For Which It Will Pay The Network Services Provided By The Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network At The Relevant Approved Prices. 3. Place Of Performance Of The Contract: The Objects Of The Company Located On The Territory For Which Cez Distribution Bulgaria Ad Has A License For The Distribution Of Electricity. The Service Is Currently Intended For 9 / Nine / Measuring Points. The Sites Will Be Described In Detail In A List Representing An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Contract. 4. Time Of Execution Of The Contract: The Contract Shall Be Concluded For A Period Of 2 / Two / Years From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 5. Sources Of Financing, Conditions And Payment Method: The Financing Of The Contract Has Its Own Funds To The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Pays Once A Month The Network Services Submitted By The Electricity Distribution Network At The Respective Prices Approved By The Ewrc, And When Using Additional Services, The Prices Established Under The Current Price List Of The Operator. The Amounts Due Shall Also Be Charged The Statutory Taxes, Fees And Other Payments Related To The Services Subject To The Contract.
