1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Covering The Exchange Of Lighting At The Road Border Crossing In Gronów, 14-500 Braniewo, Consisting In Particular: 1) Dismantling The Cctv Installation From Collapses Subject To Replacement, 2) Replacement Of Existing Concrete Lighting Columns With Luminaires With Luminaires For Steel Columns With A Height Of 1 M Angle Of Inclination Of 10 Degrees And Led Luminaires, 3) Re -Assembly Of Previously Dismantled Cctv Installations With New Lighting Columns, 4) Replacement Of Booms On Steel Columns And Assembly Of Additional Led Luminaires, 5) Mounting Lighting Columns With Led Luminaires In New Locations With Power Supply, 6) Making Cable Lines Complementing Light, 7) Mounting New Lighting Columns With Led Luminaires And Motion Detectors, 8) Performing Paving Work Within Replaced And Installed Lighting Poles, 9) Undercut Branches Of Trees Colliding With Columns. 2. The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annexes 6 - 7 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Attached As Annex 8 To Swz Is Treated Only As An Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp. 3. Design Documentation Or Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials Or Devices. The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Materials And Devices Equivalent To The Works Indicated In The Project Documentation Or The Technical Specification Of Works, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Obtained Decisions, Ensure Obtaining Parameters At Least At The Same Level As In The Same Level As In The Project Documentation Or Technical Specification Of Performance And Acceptance Of Works And Will Not Be Worse In Terms Of: 1) Understood As The Identity Of The Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Endurance And Durability, 3) Safety Of Use. 4. In Any Case, When The Employer In Swz Refers To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. 5. All Materials Used During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New And Have A Certificate Allowing For Use In Construction. 6. The Device Supplied By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Device And Equipment Elements Must Be Factory -Free, Free Of Technical Defects, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Swz. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At An Active Border Crossing, Therefore The Manner Of Its Implementation Requires Agreement With The Employer In Order T
