The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Draft General Plan For The Platerówka Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan. 2. Performing Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Platerówka Commune In Accordance With Resolution Viii/47/24 Of The Platerówka Commune Council Of December 12, 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Platerówka Commune And According To The Procedures And Issues Specified In: 1) Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Planning And Development Spatial (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan, And Issuing Discharge And Expeditions From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) Of The Act Of March 8, 1990 (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1465) 4) The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Dz. U Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended), 5) The Act Of 7 October 2015 On Revitalization (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 278), 6) Special Laws And Provisions Regarding, Including Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Public Roads, Etc., 7) Landscape Studies And All Analyzes, Taking Into Account The Voivodship Plans, Government Tasks And National Programs And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law In This Respect.
