The Subject Of The Contract Is The Equipment Of The Paid Parking Zone In Bytom (Hereinafter Referred To As: Spp) In 97 Pcs Paid Parking And Determining The Method Of Charging Fees, Resolution No. Lxxvii/987/23 Of The City Council In Bytom Of April 24, 2023. Amending The Above Resolution (Hereinafter Referred To As: Resolution), Together With The Software, Service And Consumables Regarding Parking Meters. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Performance Of Foundations And Foundation On Them 97 New Or Used Parking Meters (Year Of Production 2020 Or Younger), The Same Type And Manufacturer Along With The Necessary Software Adapted To The Applicable Resolution And Transferring Access To The Software To The Software Necessary To Supervise The Functioning Of The Spp At At Least 5 Positions, 2) Transfer In The Form Of Electronic Technical Specification Of Parking Lots, 3) Servicing Mounted Parking Meters, 4) Insurance Of Parking Meters On Damage, Vandalism As Well As Theft And Robbery, 5) Ensuring At Your Own Expense The Consumables (Including Printer Paper), 6) Maintaining The Characters Of The P-Parkomat, Which Consists In The Vertical And Adjustment Of The Posts And Marks Settlement For Payments Paid By Payment Cards And A Blik System From Revenues From Fees Paid In Parking Meters, 8) Transferring Revenues From The Sale Of Parking Tickets And Paid Additional Fees For Up To 5 Business Days From The Day Of Buying/ Paying An Additional Fee Via The Settlement Agent. Enabling The Management Of Parking Meters, Including The Creation Of A Data Processing Center (Hereinafter Cpd), 10) Submitting To The Contracting Authority Monthly Settlements Of Revenues From Parking Meters, 11) Removal Of Parking Failures During The Time Indicated In The Offer, From The Moment The Cpd Message Appears Or Receiving The Contracting Authoritys Application. 3.
