Tenders are invited for Art Therapy / Psychodrama Trainer (Consultant). Closing Date: Sunday, 16. Mar 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Advocacy & Awareness, Human Rights & Protection, Mental Health Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 months - End of May Key Responsibilities: Design and lead five structured sessions per group (total of 20 sessions) using art therapy, psychodrama, or related creative therapeutic techniques. Create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for participants to explore emotions and experiences. Adapt methodologies to the needs of LGBTIQ individuals, ensuring cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed practices. Coordinate with MOSAICs mental health team to ensure appropriate referrals and follow-ups. Provide a brief progress report at the end of the engagement, summarizing key observations, outcomes, and recommendations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Degree in psychology, art therapy, drama therapy, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience conducting group therapy, workshops, or psychosocial support sessions. Knowledge: Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, mental health, and LGBTIQ+ issues. Skills: Facilitation, group dynamics management, and ability to adapt interventions to different needs.
