Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Outdoor Advertising in the Kingdom of Bahrain Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Scope of work includes is to engage a well-recognized Consultancy Advisory firm the Consultant to carry out the Assignment as specified in the Scope of Works stated Considering the municipality assets strategic locations, variety of offerings, & high vehicle traffic rates; Outdoor advertising is considered to be a valuable revenue driver that Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture wants to re evaluate and update an enhanced strategy moving forward. The role of the consultant would be to reconduct a financial and technical assessment across the municipalities outdoor Advertising assets to update the strategy and approach towards generating additional revenues through outdoor Advertising. The consultant would be expected to update the project strategy, financial model, recommendations for operating models, and develop an RFP(s), contract, and support the Ministry in the final contracting of the outdoor Advertising partnership(s).
