The City Of Kotka (Contracting Unit, Subscriber) Requests Bids For Rental Services For Construction Machinery, Equipment And Equipment In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Acquisition Applies To The Following Rental Equipment Groups: 1. Personal Lifts 2. Construction Machines 3. Ground Seals 4. Compressors, Compressed Air And Quarrying Equipment 5. Electrification, Lighting, Heating And Drying 6. Dust Management And Air Cleaning 7. The Lengths Vary From One Day To Weeks Or Months. Groups/Undergraduate Groups/Products To Be Removed From This Procurement Are Rollers, Excavators, Loaders, Steel Racks, Weather Protection, Air Purifiers And Industrial Equipment (And Other Equipment Used On Large Construction Sites). In Addition, Design And Installation Services Are Excluded. Co-Bids And/Or Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. Framework Arrangement The Procurement Procedure Shall Form A Two (2) -Year Framework Arrangement, To Which Two (2) Most Economically Advantageous Framework Contracts (Supplier, Lessor) Shall Be Selected In Accordance With The Preferred Order Based On The Bidding Comparison. By A Unilateral Decision, The Subscriber Shall Have The Right To Continue The Fixed -Term Two -Year Contract Period By Introducing One (1) Year -Long Seasonal Once. The Acquisition Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement As The Subscriber Wishes To Ensure Sufficient And Timely Availability Of The Rental Equipment During The Contract Period. Rental Order The Subscriber Leases Construction Machines, Equipment And Equipment During The Contract Period, Primarily For The Most Economically Advantageous Bid (Number One Supplier). If This Does Not Have The Device, Machine Or Other Equipment Needed For The Customer In Its Selection, Or The Primary Supplier Will Not Otherwise Be Able To Meet The Customers Needs, The Equipment Will Be Rented From The Second Framework Of The Framework Arrangement. Lightened Tenders In The Framework Arrangement, The Subscriber Reserves The Right Of The Framework Arrangement For Internal Lightening Tenders For Individual Large Rental Entities (For Example, Equipment Used For Sea Days Or Other Major Events). In A Reduced Tendering, The Invitation To Tender Will Be Sent To Each Framework Arrangement. Equipment For Lightened Tenders May Include Both Net Priced And Discounted Groups And Equipment. For Other Rental Equipment Related To New Construction And Major Renovation Projects, The Customer Reserves The Opportunity To Compete For Their Own, With Separate Entities For This Framework Arrangement.
