Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Developing Policies and Procedure for the Somali Development and Reconstruction Bank (SDRB) Scope of the assignment: This consultancy service is to support the Ministry of Finance, Federal Republic of Somalia in Developing Policies and Procedure for the SDRB. The specific objectives of the project are to (i) enhance financial sector stability within the country and integrate a robust framework to attract sustainable financing for development; (ii) boost the financial sectors contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP): (iii) improve private sector access to credit; iv) Accelerate economic recovery in the post-conflict scenario; (iv) promote price stability; (v) expand financial inclusion by increasing the number of individuals accessing financial services; and (vi) strengthen its AML/CFT framework and improve its ability to combat money laundering and terrorism financing, thereby enhancing its connectivity to the international financial system. A Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selections (QCBS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Duration: The assignment is expected to take a maximum of 6 months from the contract date. 4. Interested consultancy firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services: 1. Core business of the firm and years in business. 2. Specific experience in successfully implementing similar assignments 3. Experience of relevant services in an environment similar to that of Somalia 4. Technical and managerial organization of the firm (provide only the structure of the organization, general qualification, and number of key staff). Do not provide CVs of key staff.
