Evaluation Consultancy Services - Public Market For A Consultancy In The Context Of The Evaluation Of The Functioning Of National Services And Equipment And For Supporting The Analysis Of The Renewal Of Service Authorizations. The Health Department Wishes To Use A Consultancy In Order To Support The Implementation Of Two Complementary Strategic Initiatives. On The One Hand, Assess The Current National Hospital Services And Estimate Future Needs, In Particular By Exploring The Possibility Of Creating New National Services Co -Managed By All Hospitals In Disciplines Requiring A Concentration Of Skills. On The Other Hand, The Law Modified Of March 8, 2018 Relating To Hospitals And Hospital Planning Requires Hospitals To Request A Extension Or Renewal Of Their Operating Authorizations. In View Of The Latest Authorizations Issued, New Authorizations Will Be Necessary From January 1, 2026. This Consultancy Therefore Aims To Provide Methodological And Analytical Support For These Two Stages.
