The Individual Procurements That Are Carried Out Via The Mini Competitions Can Include, Among Other Things, Chassis, Structures, Loads, Rolling Tanks And Accessories. A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbs) Is An Exclusively Electronic Process For The Procurement Of Market Services, Here For The Procurement Of Emergency Vehicles. The Dbs Is Intended To Enable The Quick And Flexible Procurement Of Emergency Vehicles For The Different Categories Defined In The Dbs, Through The Allocation Within So -Called Mini Competitions To Different Companies. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Divided Into 11 Categories. An Overview Of The Categories Can Be Found In The Application Conditions Under Number 2.8.
