The venue should be fully equipped and provide catering services, including Iftar options, with the following requirements: Venue Requirements: Capacity to accommodate 100 attendees comfortably. Indoor space with proper ventilation and climate control (heating system). Chairs and tables for all attendees. Sound system (Including microphones and speakers) for presentations and discussions. Projector and large screen for visual presentations. Stable electricity supply with a backup generator to ensure continuous power. Strong internet connection to support live streaming or virtual participation if needed. Accessible restrooms and adequate facilities for participants. On-site parking or nearby parking options. Catering Requirements: Full Iftar meal options, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages. Flexible menu options to accommodate dietary needs. Professional catering service, including setup and serving. Tea, coffee, and light refreshments throughout the event.
