With This Tender, Wsrl Aims To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Several Entrepreneurs For Taking And Processing Dredger For A Sales Location. This Concerns Dredging Spoil Of Various Quality, Which Is Released In Partial Parties During Dredging Works Spread Throughout The Wsrl Management Area. The Transport Of The Dredging Spoil Of The Dredging Location To The Sales Location Is Not Part Of The Framework Agreement. All Tenderers Who Meet The Requirements In This Tender Guide And Related Documents Are Eligible For The Framework Agreement. Wsrl Does Not Want To Limit The Number Of Parties That Can Join The Framework Agreement In Advance, So That The Correct Knowledge And Experience Can Be Selected On Further Quotation Requests. For Example, Wsrl Wants To Use The Knowledge, Experience In The Market And Competition/Market Forces As Well As Possible. Therefore, No Maximum Is Set For The Number Of Tenderers With Which A Framework Agreement Is Concluded. If Only One Tenderer Meets The Set Requirements, Only A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With This Tenderer.
