1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Entitled Improving Water And Sewage Management In The Commune Of Głowaczów - Stage Ii - Construction Of The Seweryn Water Treatment Plant. All Construction Works Under This Order For The Above Tasks Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program. The Task Consists Of Two Parts, I.E.:). Reconstruction (Modernization) Of The Seweryn Water Treatment Station, Which Should Be Made In Accordance With The Multi-Branch Technical Documentation Attached:- Design Documentation,- Detailed Technical Specifications,- Issues Of Works .B). Construction Of Two 100 M³ Retention Tanks, Each, Which Should Be Made In Accordance With The Attached Pfu According To The Formula Design And Build During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Strictly Comply With Polish Law When Designing, Implementing And Completing Works In Accordance With The Standards, Rights Regarding Building Building Objects, Environmental Protection And Will Apply To The Law Regulating The Conditions And Requirements For The Purpose Of The Purpose And Requirements For The Purpose The Works Covered By The Order Are To Be Used.
