1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Improvement Of Water And Sewage Management In The Commune Of Głowaczów - Stage I - Construction Of A Sanitary And Water Supply Network In Brzóza (Ul. Przekkięka) In The Design And Build System. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works For The Above Task. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Attachment To Swz. In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Strictly Comply With Polish Law During Design, Implementation And Completion Of Works In Accordance With The Standards, Rights Regarding Building Building Facilities, Environmental Protection And Will Apply To The Law Regulating The Conditions And Requirements For The Purpose Of The Purpose Of Which Works Covered By The Order Are To Serve. The Functional And Usable Program Constituting Annex 1 To Swz May Not Include All The Details Necessary To Develop The Project, Therefore, Before Preparing The Offer, It Is Recommended To Make A Vision Of A Local Area Where The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage And Water Supply Network Is Planned. As Part Of The Task, The Project Should Be Developed Project -Cost Documentation For The Whole In Accordance With Pfu.2. In Addition, As Part Of This Contract, The Contractor At Its Own Expense Is Obliged To: Grant A Minimum Of 36 Months Of A Quality Guarantee For Completed Construction Works And Materials And Construction Products Used To Perform The Contract,- Performing The Documentation Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory And The Transfer Of It To It After Completing Construction Works,. The Approvals For Use And Will Be Transferred To The Employer On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract,- After Completing The Works, But Before The Date Of Their Receipt, The Construction Site Should Be Organized And It Should Be Given In Good Condition, Not Worse Than Before The Start Of Works. Provisions Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Technical Documentation (Pfu). You Can Read The Documentation In Detail Before Submitting The Offer. The Dokuja-Matement Is Available On The Ordering Partys Website Or At The Headquarters Of The Person. 2) If The Name Of The Product Indicating Their Manufacturer Has Been Used In The Documentation And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products Corresponding To The Technical Parameters Specified In The Doct-Mate. 3) The Purchaser Recommends That The Contractor Performs A Local Vision Of The Area, Covered By The Next Design Works And Construction Works As Part Of This Subject Of The Contract In Order To Read The Conditions For The Implementation Of These Works.
