The Detailed Scope Of Work And Frequency Of The Service Is Determined By Attachments To Swz, I.E. Schedules Prepared For Each Part, Draft Contract (Competent In Terms Of Parts I - Ii) And An Attachment To Swz Pn. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Standards For The Performance Of The Contract Entitled Setting And Emptying Baskets In The City Of Kalisz, Which Are Determined By The Quality Standards Of The Service, Expectations Of The Contracting Authority, Contractual Penalties And Conditions For Determining The Correctness Of The Service. 3. The Service Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Schedules (Containing The List Of Locations And Frequency Of Service Provision) Constituting Attachments To This Swz: A) Part I (Sector 2) - The Number Of Street Baskets Is 349 Pcs., Which Gives 26,486 Emptying (Including 20 Intervention Emptyings); B) Part Ii (Sector 3) - The Number Of Street Baskets Is 267 Pcs, Which Gives 17650 Emptying (Including 20 Intervention Emptyings);- According To The Net Unit Price For Setting And Emptying In Pln Given In The Offer Form. News: In The Case Of Events, Events, Significant Pollution That The Contracting Authority Could Not Predict, The Contracting Authority Will Report Intervention, Which The Contractor Should Make, Which The Contractor Should Make Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Application. The Contracting Authority May Not Guarantee The Number Of Intervention Applications Due To The Specificity Of The Order. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Draft Contract. 4. Estimated Amounts Of Emptyings Provided For Transport (In Items) Were Specified In The Table Contained In Point 1 Offer Form For Parts I And Ii; . The Contractor, As Waste Manufacturer Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste, Is Obliged To Deal With Waste In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law In This Respect (Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Acts Of Local Law).
