The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Financed On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded Between The Jagiellonian Library And The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Conservation And Setting Of Books And Medical Brochures From The Collection Of The 19Th And Early 20Th Centuries - Part 3 Under The Social Responsibility Of Science Ii Program, Announced By The Ministry Of Education And Science And As Part Of The Contract No. Bibl/Sp/0030/2023/01 Concluded Between The Jagiellonian University And The Ministry Of Education And Science. 1.2. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.3. The Employer (Before The Deadline For Submitting And Opening Offers) Requires The Contractors To Be Delivered To The Indicated Address, I.E. The Jagiellonian University Library, Uj Cm, Ul. Medical 7, 30-688 Kraków Two Samples Of Luminaires According To The Guidelines Specified In Point 17) Swz In Order To Assess Offers In The Quality Criterion. Details Of The Place And Dates Of The Sample Assembly, As Well As Its Markings And The Requirements Related To This Are Described In The Description Of The Assessment Criteria And Comparison Of Offers In Point 17) Swz. Attention! In The Event That The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above Samples Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids Or Submitts Them After This Date, Or In A Manner Inconsistent With The Requirements Described In The Documentation Of The Procedure, The Offer Will Be Rejected. 1.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular (Depending On The Degree Of Damage To The Binding And Block): 1.3.1 Replacement Of The Damaged Binding With A New One Modeled On The Luminaire, Repair Of Damage Or Refreshment Of The Luminaires, 1.3.2. Pressing On The Back, 1.3.3. Patching And Repairing Cards And Refreshing The Block, 1.3.4. Conservation And Stitching Of The Block, 1.3.5. Cleaning The Block, 1.3.6. Pasting A New Sticker, 1.3.7. Behavior Of All Handwritten Provenance And Historic Exlibris In Volumes, 1.3.8. Other Renovation Services May Occur During Conservation Works. 1.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 2 To Swz.2. The Contracting Authority Requires The Granting Of A 12 -Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Receipt Of The Service Without Reservation. 3. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity And/Or Limit The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Needs Of The Employer, Which He Cannot Predict At The Stage Of The Proceedings, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect. At The Same Time, The Employer Guarantees That The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Be 80 % Of The Price Given In The Offer
