Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Didactic Equipment To The Studio Of State Schools Of Construction Of The School Complex And The Bytom Educational Center In Bytom

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery (Purchase + Transport + Application) Of Equipment/Equipment/Tools, For Educational Needs, To The Professional Studios Of The State Schools Of The School Complex, I.E. Welding Table With Passing The Passage Of Welding Vapors, Mig Mag And Mma/Tig Welding Machine, Armament Of Welding Devices, Wrapping In Quantity And Parameters, Including Quality Requirements, Including Quality Requirements Referring To The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Contractor Should Grant The Employer At Least A 24 -Month Warranty For The Provided Subject Of The Contract On The Conditions Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. The Above Does Not Apply, Welding Tables, Armament Of Welding Devices And Wiring, Which Will Apply To The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Period. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Order.
