1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Foresters Uniformed Sorts And Ohs Clothing For Employees Of The Józefów Forest District. 2. Due To The Extensive Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Refers To Read The Documents Of The Contract Contained In Swz, In Particular - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz, - Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Template Of The Contract) - Annex 2 To Swz, Which Contain Detailed Demand And Description Of The Requirements And Conditions Of The Order Processing. 3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Successively Depending On The Current Needs Of The Employer. Due To The Variability Of The Level Of Employment Of Employees Authorized To Receive Uniformed Sorts Of Forester And Ohs Clothing, As Well As The Variability Of Individual Demand For Individual Sorts By Authorized Persons, Indicated In Annex 1 (Opz) Swz, The Number Of Individual Sorts Is Estimated. The Employer Reserves The Right To Make Changes In The Type And Number Of Individual Sorts Using Payment For Their Delivery At The Unit Prices Offered Corresponding To Individual Elements (Sorts), While The Contractor Waives Claims For The Execution Of The Order And Payment Of Remuneration For The Unconnected Part Of The Subject Of The Contract. Quantitative Changes Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made As Part Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Implementation Of The Contract At A Minimum Level Of 60% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Net Order, Specified In Accordance With § 5 Para. 1 (Contractual Remuneration) Of The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
