The Services And Works Proposed And Necessary To Be Executed For The Investment Are The Following: 1. Design Services - For Each Structure, Will Be Elaborated In Force In Force - Gd 907/2016. The Main Design Criteria Adopted Are Found At The Head. 6. Information Regarding The Activities Requested By This Specifications. 2. Execution Works The Works Will Be Executed In Confqued With The Approved Technical Documentation, In The Technological Order Of Execution, With The Strict Observance Of The Program For Controlling The Quality And The Determining Phases. The Effective Execution Of The Designed Works Will Start On The Basis Of The Order To Start The Works, Sent To The Executor By Srcf Galați, Only After The Favorable Opinion Of The Cte Cfr- Sa Related To The Ac (Building Permit). The Proposed And Necessary Works To Be Executed Are Detailed In The D.A.L.I. Document, With The 2Nd Execution Variant, Approved By Cte Cncf Cfr, Which Will Be Made Available To The Contractor By The Contracting Entity. Economic Operators Are Advised To Visit And Examine The Site Of The Work, Including The Surroundings, And Obtain All The Information That May Be Necessary To Develop The Offer. The Economic Operator Will Take All The Steps And Will Take All Measures To Avoid Any Accidents That Could Result In The Death Or Physical Injury Of A Person And/Or With The Loss Or Deterioration Of The Property, The Responsibility Returning To Them In Case Of Such Events. The Economic Operator Will Bear Any Possible Expenses, Losses Or Damages As A Result Of Visiting The Site.
