Tenders are invited for Remaining construction work (civil, sanitary, electrical, internal roads, drain-apron and land development work) of 3-storied barrack building with 6-storied foundation at 2 APBn, Mymensingh Police Lines. (Tender ID: 1083136) Eligibility of Tenderer: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years of a value of at least Tk. 300.00(Three Hundred) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 400.00 (Four hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required. (d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 135.00 (One Hundred and thirty five) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-7 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. (e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up-to-date ABC License for both contractor and supervisor, Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm (if applicable). (f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.300.00 (Three hundred) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
