1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Playgrounds And Gyms In The Commune Of Wola Krzysztoporska. 1.2 Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 30 Para. 1 Of The Act Allows Partial Offers. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts, As Below: Part 1: Renovation Of Playgrounds And Gym In The Commune Of Wola Krzysztofoporska- North Part The Order Includes The Renovation Of 14 Playgrounds And Gyms Located In The Northern Part Of The Commune Of Wola Krzysztofoporska.1.3 Adjusting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Annex 4 To Swz- Employer Guidelines- Annex 5 To Swz Annex 6 To Swz - Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex 7 To Swz - Congenses (Attached To The Auxiliary) 1.4 Robots Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Attachments And Recommendations Of The Ordering Party, Inspector Of Investors Supervision.
