1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Power-To-A-Sock Installation With A Minimum Power Of 49.14 Kwp And A Maximum Power Of Up To 50 Kwp On The Roof Of The Building Of The Poznań City Hall, Which Will Consist Of The Following Range:- Installation Of The Photovoltaic Installation Together With The Fastening Structure,- Dc Dc Cable Cable Lines,- Ac Cable Lines Ac,- Reconstruction Of The Main District, Electric Rg-Pv1,- Construction Of Rg-Pv2 Electrical Switchgear,- Reconstruction Of The Rg Main Switchgear,- Ensuring Compatibility With Existing Systems Working On Other Buildings Of The Poznań City Hall,- Lightning Protection,- Anti-Edge Protection,- Anti-Tire Protection. 2) The Total Power Installed Will Be A Minimum Of 49.14 Kw Kwp. The System Will Be Installed On The Roof And Will Produce Electricity For The Needs Of The Building. The Micro-Installation Will Be Connected To The Power Network. 3) The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Of 36-Month Warranty Period For The Performed Subject Of The Contract. In The Event Of A Failure/Defects/Defects, The Employer Requires The Contractor To Take Action In Order To Remove Them Within A Minimum Of 48 Hours Of Their Notification By The Ordering Party. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
