The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For Wind Locations In The Northern Part Of The Namysłów Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. 61/Ix/24 Of The City Council In Namysłów, On September 26, 2024 On Joining The Local Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Northern Part Of The Northern Municipality Of Namysłów. It Should Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Law, And In Particular: 1) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 May 2016 On Investments In Wind Farms (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 317), 3) With The Provisions Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 17, 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2404), 4) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Societys Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Dz. U. Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended D.), 5) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 4 March 2010 On The Infrastructure Of Spatial Information (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 214, As Amended), 6) With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of 26 October 2020 On Spatial Collections And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2020 Late), 7) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 2023 Amending The Act On Planning And Spatial Development And Some Other Acts (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1688). 2. The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Northern Part Of The Namysłów Commune Includes Fragments Of The Area: Pawłowice Namysłowskie, Smogorzów, Głuszyna, Kowalowice, Baldwinowice, Dzejazd, Michalice, Bukowa Śląska And Rychnów In The Commune Of Namysłów. The Aim Of The Plan Is To Allow Renewable Energy System Installations, Including Wind And Photovoltaic Power Plants Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure, With The Location Of Energy Warehouses And Gpo. The Dominant Purpose Of The Agricultural Land And Forests Are The Dominant Intended Use. In The Local Plan, The Following Parameters Will Not Be Exceeded:- Maximum Total Wind Farms: 250 Meters,- Maximum Rotor Diameter With Blades: 170 Meters,- Maximum Number Of Wind Farms: 34 Pieces 3. Criteria To Draw Up A Graphic Attachment To The Local Spatial Development Plan - In Accordance With Giap.4 Planners.
