The Subject Of The Contract Is Thermomodernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Sławęcin, Implemented In The Formula Design And Build As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Thermomodernization Of The Osp Sławęcin Building, Leading To The Rationalization Of Energy Consumption. Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out On The Functioning Facility. The Subject Of The Contract Are: Stage I- Implementation Of Project Documentation, Including In Particular:- Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Consents And Arrangements,- Development Of Multi-Branch Project Documentation- Developing Detailed Executive And Workshop Drawings,- Developing Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works,- Obtaining A Building Permit Or Making An Appropriate Application In The Event Authors Secondary- Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Obtained Permits, Including In Particular:- Insulation Of External Walls- Insulation Of Foundation Walls- Roof Insulation- Replacement Of Door Joinery- Replacement Of Window Joinery- Replacement Of Hot Water Heaters The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Of Accompanying Works Includes, Among Others, Repairing Cracks And Complement The Missing Joints- Demolition Of Pavements / Bands Around The Building And Their Reconstruction And In The Missing Part The Location Of The New One.
