Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Poviat Hospital In Kętrzyn The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Delivery, Including The Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services, High -Methane Natural Gas With Symbol E, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) To The Ordering Facilities. The Supplied Gas Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Energy Law And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As Other Related Acts Of Applicable Law And Polish Standards. Distribution Supplies And Services Provided On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement Will Be Carried Out On The Terms Specified By The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Enforcement Provisions To The Act And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Tariff Of The Owner Of The Distribution Network.
