Tenders Are Invited For Hardware Service In The Construction Of Slopes/Embankments Of Quarters Ii (Kw2) And Quarters Iii (Kw3) Of The Municipal Waste Landfill

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of The Slopes/Embankments Of The Quarters Ii (Kw2), And The Quarters Iii (Kw3) Of The Municipal Waste Landfill Consisting In The Performance Of Hardware Services, In Particular: 1) The Delivery Of Land For The Formation Of The Embankment Along With Its Transport From The Landfill Consisting Along The Slopes, 2) Movement Of Earth Masses Up To 2 Km In The Grounds Of The I-Ii, 3) Thickening Of Embankments Up To 3 M High In The Grounds Of The I-Ii, 4) Planting Of The Slopes And Embankments Crown-Cat.Gr. I-Iii.2. Material To Make Slopes/Embankment That The Contracting Authority Is Secured Are: Clay Soil, Sandy Clay, Clay Sand, Stones. 3. At The Same Time, The Contractor May Use Municipal Waste Described In Table 1 For The Construction Of Shafts. Provided By The Employer - In Accordance With The Decisions Of The Marshal Of The Lesser Poland Voivodship Integrated Permit And Stopping Instructions. 4. The Maximum Layer Of Waste Used For This Purpose Should Be Less Than 25 Cm. 5. The Maximum Amount Of Waste Intended For Processing In The Recovery Process Of The Poleing On The Construction Of The Slopes, Including Embankments And Shaping The Crown Of The Landfill, Increases 4,000 Mg/Year. 6. The Formed Shaft Will Have A Cross -Section Of A 2-3 M Tall The Density Of Earth Masses Should Be Achieved By A 0.9.9 Indicator. Settlement Of Works (Services) Will Be Carried Out Based On Hourly Rates - For An Hour Of Work Of A Specific Type Of Equipment. 10. To Perform The Service, The Following Hardware Units Will Be Necessary: ​​1) A Circular Excavator - With A Spoon Capacity From 0.8 To 1 M³ - 1 Item - Provided For A Man -Hour During The Order Processing 600 Man -Hours. 2) Agricultural Tractor With A Capacity Of Mines 200 Hp With A Tandem Self -Loading Trailer With A Load Cap With Min. 14 Mg - Provided For Man -Hours During The Order Processing 400 Man -Hours. 11. The Deadline For Performing The Contract - Up To 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract Or Until The Possibility Of Depositing Waste Is Exhausted (Achieving The Target Storage Ordinances Of 242 M A.S.L. Specified In The Decision Integrated Permit And In The Approved Construction Project For The Superstructure Of Existing Quarters Ii And Iii Of The Municipal Waste Landfill In Oświęcim). 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ A Construction Manager With Construction And Construction Qualifications To Manage Construction Works At His Own Expense. Detailed Tasks Of The Construction Manager Are Described In The Draft Contract. The Construction Manager Will Perform Obligations Under The Investment Under The Investment Arising From The Law, Including Keeping Construction Documentation (Including The Construction Log) As Recommended By The Employer And Supervision Inspector According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.
