This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the scope of services to be provided by the selected Service Provider (SP) for transfer services for Mantra Tanzania Limited (Mantra). Certificate of Incorporation (if registered as a Company) or a Trade name if not a company Ill. Certificate of Registration for Taxpayer Identifica- tion Number -For a Company or an individual IV. Vehicle Inspection Report from Tanzania Police Force -For a Company and an Individual V. Tax Clearance Certificate -For a Company and for an individual VI. License from Land Transport Regulatory Authori-ty(Latra) to conduct Tax Services For a Company and an individual operating under trade name or not. VII. Insurance Cover Car insurance cover is for both Company and an individual VIII. Approved Local Content Plan by the Mining Commission. The same applies to both companies and individuals who operate under their own names or registered trademark by BRELA SCOPE OF WORK The Service provider is expected to provide Local Transfer Services in Dar es Salaam. . Airport Service / Julius Nyerere International Airport (Dar) In Dar es Salaam, Tanzania: o The Service Provider provides the most reliable airport service. o Mantra Tanzania Ltd can expect collection from a professionally chauffeur whose name and contact number will be provided. He will assist our employees and guests with the luggage and bring them to their destination in one of you comfortable (and luxurious) vehicles. o Flight tracking for delays and cancellations. Actual time of aircraft arrival/departure. o Meet & Greet Service options. o Luggage Assistance. o Free Cancellation (3 hours notice). o Complimentary Wait time (up to 45 minutes) Point to Point The Service Provider (SP) offers point-to-point car service, and is the consistent and dependable ground transportation to take us where we need to go. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS The SP is required to ensure: Response Time: A maximum response time of 6 hours for transfer requests or inquiries. Availability: 24/7 availability for emergency transfer bookings or changes. Quality: High standards of service, safety, and cleanliness for all transfer vehicles. .
